MNCs of IT Industry and their blood sucking techniques

Slave driving was so easy a management tool by Britishers when our country ruled by them to increase their production and taking away the loot from here to either their own country or selling to other countries.Railways was built to move the goods rather than moving the population or common man; this is discernible to those who know the net work of Railways in 1940s.
From 1990's this slave driving has been easy since the management tools and curricula have been fine tuned to their specifications and unlike Japan we gulped down every thing like medicine by their systematic design and development.
So opening up the economy, globalization ,and our poverty coupled with English knowledge became an advantage to the vultures hovering around in the name of joint ventures or simply put MNCs , a mantra of modern management.
We as a Nation interested in creating more jobs for although Govt has not done anything , owing to the industrious nature of our own people studied Engineering and software to suit the needs of the companies from abroad, mind you , not to help India and it labor force , but maximizing the profit and having known Govt can be taken for granted for any unfriendly labor practices .This could be ingenuously done by taking care of the media both print and Tv media,by giving ads and in the name of entertainment expenses for negotiations of the deal , can be diverted to the bureaucrat's' family trips abroad or education of their wards, then why talk of the politicians.Like 'paid news' , 'paid research in Agri products',they can take care of the anything and everything.
Now coming to the plight of our youngsters in this IT industry, you are approached in the campus , for now everyone knows , even the recruiting companies are paid by the private colleges to increase their capitation fees , this they can advertise what are the companies come to their campus, etc.
These companies especially mega companies will arrive at your campus, covered by the print media showing , students stand in Q like we stand in Ration shops after paying huge capitation fee and all.No one would say how many are selected ,may be for selecting ten they will conduct a briefing , written and oral tests for 1500.Already publicity given , both for the company and the college and for covering the news papers can be taken care of in the near future what ever the way possible.
Companies can book and even give offer letters not with specific date of joining etc, but can wash away the hands , if not needed them in the future, for neither the college not the Govt agencies will take up the responsibility.Govt has its own stone grind, pvt colleges have to calculate how much percentage they can increase their unofficial capitation.The boys and girls thus selected either land up with a minimum salary but the banner of the company is big, in the name of training and observation they can be exploited as many hours as wanted and no one can question and parents are afraid that the wards may lose the job any question asked.
Next phase, despite the hardships, more man hours beyond tolerance,loss of apettite ,constant pressure brought down on them , would continue and a letter will be given with an increment with words of encomium , for the executives dont need any special intelligence, only copying the previous letters in the mail box dictated by a wooden headed personality from abroad .
Some companies in the letter would mention , the company transportation arranged for the employees, when reality strikes only , our boys and girls understand they got to be in the specific bus stops at morning 6 or 6.30 for the office to attend 9o' clock and you reach back home , I mean the bus stop by around 9 or 9.30Pm.Your energy is sapped and some companies would deduct a sum of money in your next month salary for transportation.
Few years passed and quite recently almost all companies started floating, sometimes really fired people in the name of depression and steadily maintained a phobia so that you are forced to work any number of hours fearing the job may be lost .Again companies reduced the salaries , for they conducted a drama as if executives reduced their salaries, the ridiculous part is chairman, vice presidents did that , making everyone a fool in the company , even his own scavenger salary is not reduced , bonus not cut, increment not curtailed , since his all activities governed by the company.Empathy is a word of lunatics in this corporate world.But everyone knows Stephen Kove,shiv khera, C.K.Prahalad,Allen Greenspan,Michael Porter,Gary Hamel etc.,
They even talk of societal participation of the Corporate world, believe me , the sweat and blood of the middle class boys and girls are used for their social concern , which will be promptly rewarded by our Government by titles and honors.
Despite all the hardships losing your years foregoing salary increment , bonus , more hours of work , if you are identified by another company and a betterment comes, you consult your small boy calling himself or herself as HR, he would accept your mail submitting your resignation , and reply they take their own time to do , thereby making your move jittery and the prospective company is put on doubt whether you join with them or not.
Next phase the time arrives you are relieved and in your hurry you join after technically satisfying the new company technical head, giving the relieving letter etc.One months goes slowly and you are fully immersed in your new job or assignment , one day your HR in the new company calling you , informing you that your old company review about you is your rating was low hence you were asked to leave from the previous company.Immediately you rush your call to the old HR asking him or her , are replied 'no we did not say so , we already given letter relieving you'.Then latter you come to know the previous head of your department said so , on confronted direct over phone , he would say 'I can not say any other thing , your rating is poor."
Reason you left , not continued without salary increment ,bonus , and with hardships.The peculiar situation is , the present company through an agency , would have collected by paying some money to the agency.Agency job is done. you are in a dilemma. So in this rotten industry any body's name can be tarnished despite your intelligence , discipline, sincerity .The stooges only can survive.
Those who believe in God are hard pressed to find an answer as to be good or cunning?
What an individual can do when era is for 'paid news', 'paid research', 'paid' 'paid'
Instances are plenty , the so called MNCs have killed many youngsters by cerebral hemorrhage , hypertension ,health problems, cardiac problems.
You can find out the reality if any one who is not working for 'paid research', starts the child bearing average age of IT professionals [both Hus and wife] ;that shows how worst is this industry.
Only option my young boys and girls, try to think twice before joining a company if it big and MNC too.
